"Really nice hotel with beautiful grounds peacocks and ducks included. For a high end hotel why oh why are the cleaning people making noise all day. You also get chatged 10000COP for bottled drinking water. These little tjings take the shine off an otherwise lovely hotel."

"Overall was excellent. On my first day arrival slipped on wet steps and drained my ankle badly . The Guatapé is beautiful and relaxing area . Unfortunately two helicopter companies caused daily disturbing noise pollution. I wrote to the hotel manager "
