"First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). Ramadan at front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as he was able to give us an early check-in which we’re thankful for. "Super central, easy to walk to many bars, restaurants, cafes and links for easy transport. Rooms were massive with lots of space, great kitchenette offering was very helpful. "

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"The staff at the hotel were super friendly and amazing! We arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but they gave us another room righter away. That was so appreciated as we travelled long days to get there. However, our room was dated and worn. Living room furniture very worn out and not comfortable, perhaps our original room was to be more updated I’m not sure. But I was quite disappointed with the state of the accommodations. The location was perfect! The people were helpful and friendly! "
