"The apartments were very nice and Bette, the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. I give her five stars! The only thing is, I think there could have been a little more information up front about the check-in process and breakfast. Because this is not a typical hotel, the apartments are managed by a service. Check-in took about a half hour. When paying the extra 20$ for the Breakfast, I was expecting in my mind a wonderful buffet breakfast with a large variety of options,...

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"Clean apartment rooms with excellent room service every day when needed. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel is in an area downtown that is walkable to most places and about a 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. It was right next to the conference centre. There is free parking for hotel guests as well which was very handy as we rented a car for our trip."
