The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. "We travelled as a family of three and had the top apartment with the best view out over the sea where it is safe to snorkel. It was very spacious and well appointed with two double-bed bedrooms with firm mattresses and a safe. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite Bedroom 2 has a shower room next door which is also accessible from the lounge There is a huge balcony with a table and six chairs where you can eat your breakfast watching the fishermen in their boats search the sea bed every morning. Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island

"Everything was simply perfect about this stay at the Four Seasons on Deroches Island. The service, the staff, the buildings and rooms, the food, the gardens, the stunning island , the list goes on ! This is the perfect place for a couple wanting that remote quiet island experience and being surrounded by beautiful nature. You can only reach the island via a very small aircraft, however this is part of the fun ! The resort is so well managed in partnership with the IDC on the island too, I feel so privileged to have experienced this beautiful Four Seasons establishment. "
