"Great single night stay. Walking distance to Sandton City which is great. Only thing they need to work on is their inroom dining, I ordered a meal at 7pm, after it hadnt arrived by 8pm I phoned down again and it finally arrived around 40 minutes later. I was told it was a mix up with room numbers but surely a hotel brand of this calibre should have the room number show up on their switch board. Anyway this mishap aside the lamb was excellent and the carrot cake too. The staff where super...

"Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend. "

"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

"This is definitely one of the best hotels on the waterfront and provides great value for the price. The terrace restaurant has excellent food (we had breakfasts, lunches and dinners) at reasonable prices. The room was large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We used a guide provided by the hotel for a day of sightseeing and he was excellent. We will definitely return. "
