"This is a very fine hotel in the best traditions. The hotel is located in the Central business district in Cape Town. This is very handy if you are visiting the city Centre. It is also conveniently located just across the way from the Co) gardens which are lovely to walk in and also have a nice café. The service in the hotel is excellent. I always try and get a room with a mountain view because that is really great. The breakfast is excellent. There are other dining options in the hotel. You also have all of Cape Town very easily accessible to you. She is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. "

"I think this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever enjoyed. The service was exceptional, the people lovely, the room was spotless and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. It truly is an oasis from the chaos of Marrakesh, and felt so relaxing to come back there knowing we had such amazing comfort awaiting us! And the added bonus of music and entertainment every evening just topped it off beautifully - as others queued up for access to the bar and restaurant we were treated like royalty as guests, and afforded every luxury."

"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."
