"On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays. "

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. "Very good 3-star hotel. Mix of friendly and nonchalant staff. Open terrace bar a great highlight, as well as hotel room amenities,albeit without an iron/ironing board. Would use again."
