"When we arrived there was nobody at reception, then were told our stay was cancelled even though it wasn’t. Service in every area terrible, have to look for someone if you want to order a drink. Seeing the rhinos is amazing and could be the only thing that people would travel for. This lodge has so much potential to be so much better but there is zero enthusiasm by anybody on the property. "I really loved this property and do plan to come back with my family next year. I loved the lodges and the rooftop sleeping option (we did not opt for that this round but next round for sure!). You can literally sleep under the stars! Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. I highly recommend it. The only drawback was the lack of wifi anywhere in the whole area."

Will definitely book at Atlantic Villa again in the future as the value for money was good and the staff were helpful and friendly."
