"Our room was absolutely amazing. The views from the ormand beach suite cannot beat, beds and pillows were comfortable.Water was super hot with great pressure. Kitchen was small but sufficient.the balcony was huge!!!"

"I booked an ocean front efficiency room on the same day I arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised; it was a large room with two beds, a desk, loveseat, and a separate kitchen. It is an older hotel, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare my own meals from the brightly lit kitchen and relax and take great pictures from my balcony when I wasn’t at the beach. As an added bonus, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve paid a lot more for a terrible view at the Marriott, and the rooms are outdated for what they charge. Perry’s offers a spacious, clean room with a kitchen and an oceanfront view for a great price! "
