"We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was amazing. Evevrything was recently renovated. We had a room with a partial ocean view, however, it felt like a full ocean view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Although our room was missing a coffee maker. The happy hour was an added bonus! The staff were all polite and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is offering warm/hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon etc for breakfast."

"Nice resort directly on Daytona Beach Shores. Room was spacious, clean, and updated. Bathroom was large. We had a view of the ocean, which was nice. Some rooms have balconies, but we did not. In nice weather, this would be a good feature, but it was chilly, especially in the evenings and mornings, so not a drawback at this visit. Facility has a restaurant, a bar, shops, and a very nice outdoor space on the beachfront. There were firepits, seating areas, cornhole sets, and you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Be aware that you are charged a daily resort fee; it was around $33 a day at our visit. This seems a bit excessive for what you get, as does the parking fee of around $26 a day. There were a couple of minor issues with our room, small enough not to detract from ratings, but worth mentioning. The closet was located in the bathroom, behind the door. So if you needed a coat or anything you decided to hang up, you had to open the bathroom door, go in, then close the door, to get your item. Also, the bathroom had metal bars below the vanity top with glass shelves for towels. This was fine, but the plumbing under the sink is open and visible and not aesthetically pleasing. All in all a nice resort, especially at the price we got on Expedia. I'm not sure I would splurge at the regular prices, which don't include the resort fee nor the parking fee. "

"The place is cute and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spanking clean and freshly painted. I love that it had full appliances, sink, fridge and microwave, even plates, glasses and dish soap!Two TVs for a one bedroom unit which is nice. The only thing I would add is an extractor fan in the bathroom and a hanging armuoir (sp) since there is no closet. I would definitely come back!"
