Overall, our stay was great! We loved the beach access and the restaurant next door. It was a pretty quiet area but not too far from plenty of things to explore. Bed was super comfy and hearing the ocean had us sleeping soundly each night. Will definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area.

No access to the beach. Even the the resort is in the beach . Only communication was automatic emails. Not a bad place if your going with a few friends.Not the the ideal place to take my family. Daytona is getting pretty run down as well. Coco beach is were its at.

I know they were under construction so to be fair the messy was due mostly to that. But we were disappointed: reception area is just awful, looks like a cave, ugly colors , NO hospitality, staff is behind 2 big computer screens & not at all visible , bed very soft & mushy, furniture cheap & wobbly. Mary was kind & helpful but could not do anything about to non working tv in bedroom.
