Never ever have I checked in a hotel, and had to spend the next hour trying to find another place to stay! I was only staying for one night, and I refused to stay. Everything looked so run down and I thought I would have to sleep in my clothes if I stayed. Thankfully they made it easy to leave, and provided a refund promptly

We had a really nice ocean view balcony. Door didnt work when we tried to enter, had to get maintenance to fix. Was still hard to get into room on occasion. Maid couldn't open room so only got to exchange towels & get trash out when we caught up with maid. Last night there had really loud, foul mouthed neighbors. We ended up leaving around 11p.m. after front desk was notified & didnt appear to be doing anything about the noise.So we basically paid for the last night for nothing.

They were short on staff they are trying to remodel the building. Our door didn’t lock. And there was nothing on Expedia showing that the beach access was closed due to them working on the seawall overall it was OK but wasn’t the best

The bathroom was not clean however, in all fairness, we did not report this to the front desk since we got in late. The property was under construction as far as the beach access. The beds were comfortable, but the atmosphere was very worn in need of an update.

Lots of sketchy characters all around and staying at the property. None of them bothered us, but we definitely only went outside in pairs. Aside from that, the breakfast was....not. At least, I wouldn't call it that. However, for the price the beds were clean and the balcony was nice.

This was the pits! Very dirty, run down. No bathroom door in our room. Bathroom ceiling falling down. No beach access due to construction for past 2 years. Save your money and do not go here! Most of the staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast was a joke, ran out of most everything even the plastic silverware. This place should be torn down....never again!!!!

Review: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired—there were black spots of mold on the window curtains and stains on the dining chairs, which was quite unpleasant. The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to rest or relax. Additionally, the rooms are connected, offering little privacy, which added to the discomfort. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvement in maintenance and updates to meet basic standards. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

No beach access yet for the price it was what we expected . It was clean little dated don’t know about the stove looked bad we didn’t even think about using it. Biggest issue was the tv remote was crap couldn’t hook up our fire stick. Location is good

Things I liked was the comfort of the bed and pillows and I loved the view. Didn’t like that the spa tub didn’t work, the room was very rusty and out dated with chipping, discolor, and rusting. Towels and washcloths were limited.

At evening our room smelled of marijuana. We called the front desk and they sent up a security guard, who could not believe how strong it was. They ultimately did nothing about the smell. At 4:20 in the morning the people in the neighboring room were banging on the door asking if their pizza had been delivered to our room. Needless to say we checked out the next morning cutting our trip two days short.
