"I like where the property was located. However, some of the staff members were not pleasant."

"Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. "

"Employees and staff very helpful "

"The lady who greeted us at the front desk was extremely kind and set the tone of our stay. Honestly this is not a hotel that is super fancy but the rooms are large, the pool and hot tub are incredibly clean, the gym has the essentials, it has free breakfast and that is about all you need when visiting Orlando. "

"Units are in desperate need of updating. Mirrors, faucets, dishes, sofas, tvs. Worn and in bad shape. Tv in living area only 24”- way too small for a family. Booked king bed but had queen. Kitchen not fully stocked with cookware/ spatulas. Needs some TLC. 2 units - daughters unit had similar issues and had unacceptable cookware and dishwasher which were replaced. That unit needs some help also. "

"Clean and quiet"

"This was a terrible company to deal with. Expedia was good in helping but I us to contact this company 4 times to get the code into the house. When I did talk to them they were unbelievably rude. There was nothing in the house. No toilet paper or paper towel or salt pepper or coffee filters. House went even clean. "
