"Our stay at the property was very nice. We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit, with the pool table. Our family enjoyed having the pool table for nightly games. The resort property was clean and safe and the condo itself was modern and nice. Staff was attentive and quick to help us with any request or questions."

"Great hotel and property, right off I4 and close to all Disney attractions and great restaurants within walking distance (Fords, Olive Garden) and within a 3 min drive a fabulous Miller Ale House. The hotel room was brand new with a great useful kitchen as well as small living room and big desk for work from home option. Staff super nice, helpful! I left my lap top in the room and they called me! Thank you! "

"I have three young kids and we loved our stay here! The pool was amazing and they have a bin of toys and blow ups to use. The cabana and restaurant on property were wonderful to have. We loved the location with Old Town in walking distance and easy drives to WDW and the airport. They also have an option to rent a pack and play and a high chair which was really convenient. "

There’s no place like home and this place felt like home

"My husband and I wanted to get away from the cold but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Even though we were only 2 people we rented this beautiful 5 bedroom home. We each had our own floor :-)We both worked from there and the space was perfect! Both the indoors and the outdoors. We ate by the pool for breakfast, there was even a TV outside which was perfect as it was football season. Every night we went out to a different restaurant, location was great. It was a perfect trip. If we had any issue, the hosts responded immediately!! We would rent this house again. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful home"

Great Family Vacation Spot

"The property was very nice, lots of added extras provided (booster car seat, stroller, pack and play). Corn hole and some card games. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. Cooking dinner together and enjoyed the pool at the house as well as at the resort! Brandon and Nicole were extremely helpful any time we needed them they were very prompt to answer. Very close to restaurants and stores. (Ford’s Garage is a must spot to try). We absolutely loved our time here!! If I had one suggestion it would be for a full size coffee pot, but we did survive making a couple of pots at a time for our group! "

"While the weather wasn’t ideal the house was perfect. We took advantage of the hot tub on the cool days. The house is sparkling clean and has what you need to be comfortable. The only suggestion I have is bring your own makeup wipes because wash cloths are not provided. Alex is very responsive. "

Magical Villa Oasis with Pool - 9 Miles to Disney! Sleeps 17

"The property is run down and not very well taken care of. No outside lightbulbs that worked. Pool screen was missing and another one was torn. We couldn’t enjoy the fresh air because bugs were coming into the house. The seating was very poor in the living room. We didn’t notice while booking that the furniture in the living room was actually day beds. They were not comfortable to sit at because they had no cushioned back. The showers were moldy. No hand towels were provided. And the bath towels were over used and should have been made into rags. Very disappointed in the property. The pictures are deceiving. "

Enormous home with pool, spa, theater, game space & resort clubhouse - dogs OK

Great house, poorly maintained

"The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage. We didn't request anything to be changed while we were there, but I was under the impression they were going to take care of the problems."

"I'd have to say the absolute only hiccup was the door code didn't work at first, but that was a super quick fix with a text. The home is fantastically decorated with Disney & Harry Potter, so it was fun for everyone. It was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. It was convenient to shopping & the parks. If you're there in the winter, trust me, get the pool heated! Would def stay here again in the future! Owner is super responsive & we never had an issue! "
