"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Nice hotel in central location

"Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"
