"Hotel was great - really modern and stylish rooms. When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the staff in a very welcoming way. The lady behind the desk barely said hello before asking for ID. Another lady was putting stock away behind the desk and she was so polite and welcoming and thanked us for choosing to stay with them which was lovely!
