"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "Overall, this hotel is pretty cool! Great art concept, super friendly staff, great location. Quick walk to the historic area of Kyoto and to shopping and bars. Our carpet in our room was dirty, as was the carpet in the hallway, but nothing spot treatments cant get rid of. Great amenities, like slippers, robes, and toothbrushes. Only major issue we gound was the pillows...they were super uncomfortable and rock hard. Would consider this place again, shpuld we visit Kyoto again! "
