"The rooms were so cozy and nice! Very clean and quiet. The location was so close to a lot of the local hotspots, including one of my favorite seafood restaurants. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!"

"Love this place. There's not many left like it. It has a mom and pop feel to it. Great staff, great location, rooms and building are dated. There's a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. Jet skis, boats, kayaks are available for rent. Manatee tours available too. Loved it. It will be gone soon though. They are building a new hotel and restaurant nextdoor. Once construction is complete the current hotel and restaurant will be demolished."

"I liked the fact the staff was very friendly. The Front desk had small cute stuffed manatee animals for sale, they were worth the price of them. Rooms were spacious.."

"The rental is in a very nice, private residential neighborhood. It's on the same property as the owner, Gary, who is very nice and accommodating. We were able to have our dog with us and there is a nice backyard where we could play fetch with her. The place is clean and well kept. There is both a back porch and a front porch to sit out on. "

The property's very well equipped, truly a home from home, and enabled us to enjoy a very relaxing family break, plus the stars at night were simply amazing! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. "We booked on very short notice with no issue,the communication was excellent. Easy to find with no problem. Check in with very smooth.We arrived around 7.It was very peaceful no interruptions very satisfying for our need at last minute. Host was very sweet and delightful.We will definitely book again."
