Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boat! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to the local fun spots. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after a busy day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the gas grill on the outdoor deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs and Hunter Springs are nearby. The "Plantation Inn" is walking distance and you can launch your boat there for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best rated restaurants. Come see what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatee! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with ample parking. Short boat ride to the gulf and no bridge to worry about. Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. BOOKINGS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Property has exterior cameras. If cameras become deactivated during your stay, owner can access property to reset with very short notice. Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/wk or $200/mo per pet).

Labor Day weekend
We got a boat from across the canal to go to springs for diving and exploring; the location is perfect. The kayaks at the house were fun for all of us, we went out to the bay many times. The house is well supplied.

Great River Retreat

Perfect spot in CR
The house was spotless, comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and there were several boat ramps just a few miles from the house. We took our pontoon with no problems. The host was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay in Crystal River!

Calming experience
We had our Son here from North Carolina for the week, perfect Fathers Day gift! We could not have asked for a better time. The home was very clean and roomy. AC kept us very comfortable in the heat outside. The docking for our boat was smooth and dock's in great shape. Ramp just 3-4 houses down made everything so easy. We WILL definatly be renting from Ms Donna again.

Great Location We had family age 11 to 74 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The last morning a family of manatee were playing in canal right behind the house, couldn't have had more fun! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful oasis
We came to visit the manatees and this place was perfect! The boat ramp is just across the water and the boat dock is perfect for bringing your own watercraft. Three Sister’s Springs is a short boat ride away. We enjoyed the kayaks also. The house was clean and spacious. The kids loved the gaming table most of all. We have already booked again for next year.

My family of six teens and adults had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was in a great location, everything was exactly as described. We loved the foosball table and loves kayaking to the springs to see the manatees. We will definitely stay again!

Centrally located to manatees
Fantastic-centrally located to manatees. My husband & I discussed coming back and staying 2 extra days to do some kayaking, biking, or hiking. A 2 day stay was too short. The property comes with 5 or 6 kayaks and the canal is right there. Wonderful place to hang out with friends-lots of room.

We enjoyed staying here plenty of room for 7 grown adults and 2 children. We defiantly would come back here again. The access to the gulf through the river was very nice this time of year we had no problems getting in or out.
