"Ok rooms for a night stay. The room was cold and heater was on but not enough for the room given. Bathroom door shower doesnt close properly. Other than that we enjoy the stay."

Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer.
