"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Very convenient for short stay. We did not know how to get the room heating to work but did find one of the small heat fans in one of their cupboards, which was quite helpful for one night. We could not adjust the water temperature in the basin and had to use cold water. But room did had a good TV and wifi to use. Overall i could rate it a 6.6 on 10."

"Decent stay if you have a flight out of Gatwick. Several good restaurants around the area you can walk to. The Hotel air conditioning is a little outdated but ok. The breakfast was great. "
