"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "

"I was greeted by Anna on Reception who noticed I had parked using my disabled badge and was trying to pay for car parking in reception (as the signage outside said I must do)/ She told me to stop downloading the app and paying online as the price of parking was included with my overnight stay. She helped me with my luggage and stored it for me. The hotel had upgraded me to a room but it was furhter away from the lift and she could see that I would be checking out at 3:30am and needed to walk...
