"Great place to stay in Cozumel "

"We really liked the jungle feel of this resort. Such nice gestures with the coffee, juice and muffins delivered to our room every morning, Even though we didn't utilize them only because we slept in too late.. The employees were all very polite and nice. We didn't get much hassle about any sales pitch, but we made it clear we were not interested and all was good. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay here again. Food was great. Service was great. Loved accessing the Fiesta Americana as well. "

"We are an extended family, grandparents down to a 9-month-old baby, and we all loved this house. We stayed for 5 nights, and would love to come back. Beautifully designed and very well maintained. "

"Place was nice and clean. The Jacuzzi is a cold water jacuzzi and didn't work for most of the stay, but it didn't matter since we were there for the beaches anyway. The owner was very easy to work with and communicated very quickly before, during and after. Taxis were very easy to get just by walking to the edge of the property and waiting for a minute or two at the longest. The bed was nice and firm and the shower was hot! If you are wanting to save a few dollars this is the place to stay. "

"This property is beautiful. Wide, clean, full of space and light. The sofas are comfortable—designed to allow people to gather together and linger. The TV is huge. It has a convenient kitchen, a large dining table, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The electronic blinds, ceiling fans on those high ceilings, and ac are wonderful, though we didn’t use much ac. The balcony—wow what a view! Stunning. Ocean and sunsets and palm trees blowing in the wind. The building is very quiet and not touristy at all, but you can walk to the beach clubs easily. For grocery, though, a cab or car ride if 20 minutes is needed, though the owner can have it ordered for you. We did snorkel twice outside. Because it was windy with rough seas, the entrance isn’t easy, but it is shallow and likely much easier on calm days. We did see coral life and fish, but the weather and water conditions may have impacted how many fish were out there. We also went diving for a few days, which was amazing and very convenient due to the location. The owner could also set you up with her husband’s company and you could go on a zodiac to snorkel, though we didn’t do that. One of the best aspects of the place is Jess, the owner. She went above and beyond in her efforts to help us as often as possible. We asked her many questions and for many favors and she gladly complied. I’d actually want to pay extra just for how much she did and for the late check out if I could figure out how! Truly excellent place!"

"Simply paradise. Just a few steps from the beach with a great swimming pool and amenities. Internet was a concern, but you’re on vacation right? Mario, our host while in town was perfect! One evening we asked that he prepare dinner and he was happy to oblige. Will definitely be back!"

"Memo was a great host and very helpful. It was great to have snorkeling within walking distance and the pool was great after a day in the ocean and sun. The space was very good. It would have been nice to have a few more restaurant options within walking distance. But since it was a slow time of year the option was more limited but you can go into San Miguel by taxi and have unlimited options."
