Maria, our concierge during our stay was pivotal in making this a relaxing stay for us. She set up all of our dining reservations and checked in with us every day to check if we needed anything. Pablo the Teppanyaki chef was superb and very entertaining. The host on the La Trajinera was superb and made us feel very special, I wish I remembered his name. This property is huge. It is well kept. I personally like walking but it’s nice to know and see the trolleys constantly running. They even have ferries available. Maria is absolutely the GOAT in hospitality. She is amazing.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and we had an amazing time! All of the staff in every aspect of the resort, was very kind, professional, helpful, and made the experience so great. I want to specifically thank Maria, our VIP concierge who was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Even before check in, she reached out and offered assistance. Throughout our stay, she was very attentive always making sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything. She was particularly helpful in helping us book all restaurants for dinner, last minute tennis, and assisting us with a last minute extended stay of one night, she really provided exceptional customer service. All of the rooms, facilities, restaurants, buffets, and pool areas were very clean. Our experience at the spa was amazing! The staff was great and we really enjoyed all of our services and the hydrotherapy. The food was really great! We enjoyed it all and were impressed by the quality and taste. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend it!!

Great food and amazing service! Maria Theresa was the best. She helped us schedule all restaurant reservations ahead of time and helped us when we needed anything. Booking with expedia was also great because it gave us vip access where we could also go to the adult-only restaurants and pools at the TRS next door.I had an amazing time and I definitely recommend!

This resort was beautiful! The food was good, the pools were nice, and we enjoyed our suite. I had a great time. Luis at El Dorado was awesome as well.

It is located in a nice area with several options for families or couples, the beach is great, and the people super friendly - good food and quality drinks.

You’ll never need to leave this well equipped and serviced resort! Excellent a la carte dining options (15 restaurants!) but book as soon as you check-in! Staff are ultra friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.
