"Staff was great especially the front desk and the staff running the breakfast dining area. They key card system for the room was absolutely horrible, we had to reset of room keys three times. You could not put the key card near your phone or other credit cards. It would have been nice to be able to communicate better with some of the people cleaning the rooms."

"Needed a place with 5 bedrooms and multiple baths in a central Melbourne/Cocoa area. Easy to get to, great location for traveling to anything. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the jacuzzi. Everything was in good condition on interior and Bob was very responsive with any questions. Turtle Room was not used bit probably a good fun spot for kids. "

"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay...

"We loved it! Three generations and 10 people stayed here and enjoyed living in history! The house fit everybody comfortably and although over 100 years old has all the modern amenities. Vivian was a great host and always communicated promptly. The house has great views (don’t miss the sunrises) and a great location (walking distance to Cocoa). The kids all want to go back and so do we."

"The location wasn’t very nice. Should have noticed the bars in windows. And asked . Houses for sale big garbage bin in front yards. Trash all along the streets. The home it self was very nice and owner nice as well."

"We loved our little condo. It had all of the comforts of home. Central air was a plus, instead of window units. The balcony was great!! The swing was my spot for coffee every morning.The neighborhood was quiet. We would totally stay here again!"
