"Lovely stay at this historic beautiful hotel. The hotel has so much character and history but also offers a lovely warm, friendly environment with lovely staff. The grounds are lovely and would make a great location for a wedding. We had a look around the local area which I would recommend. Cobham is a little town worth a visit just down the road with lovely coffee shops and shops."

"4 star service at reception but poor service at breakfast ..nobody around..even went into the kitchen to find a staff member and waited 10 minutes to sit down.. so fed up we didn't bother to eat it on the end..hot breakfast looked cold.. need electric points moved as no room to plug sm extension lead on and no usb points .. receptionist apologised..shame as the rest of the stay was good and nice enough room for the price "
