"Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Palm Mountain Resort. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the DTPS area. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of green space for walking our dogs. Enjoyed the spa services as well. We will definitely be back. "

"This hotel is small but very quaint. The grounds have beautiful vegetation. The water fountains around the grounds bring a special touch of serenity. The view from the pool is breathtaking. We loved our pool time. The music selection made basking in the sun that much more enjoyable. We loved the short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the strip. The rooms are a little tight, but given all the other pluses, this was an enjoyable stay. We regret not making more time for one more pool day....

"I liked the convenience & location. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was good but I did not like the extra fees imposed after going through a third party. Which is what i was informed when i was checking out. Not cool."

"Like: Good enough to sleep. Don’t like: No microwave, you pay extra, No breakfast, “Covid excuse”, No fridge, Laundry broke, ice machine barely produce ice. Room furniture old. Worse Quality Inn I’ve been.. owner try to be cheap and reduce allot of the suppose to be included amenities. NOT recommended. "

"The Hyatt exceeded our expectations, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, the king suite with sofa bed were both very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely Mountain View. The gym and free rentable bikes were so useful and the location is perfect - easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were perfect. It made our visit from the UK one to remember! Would totally stay again and definitely recommend."

"Great room for the price BUT didn’t feel secure. Flimsy bolts on the doors and on the adjoining rooms made me feel uncomfortable. Staff support was excellent. "
