"The place was great. Very close to a couple of the eight pools. The only negative was on our second night there were little water ants coming in by the kitchen and living room window. Called the front desk and maintenance man showed up within 20 minutes and killed them with spray and also sprayed outside. It’s tough to control these little buggers but some outdoor traps would be helpful"

"Good until our door cards were deactivated before check out time. Not able to open door 30 minutes before check out time. Went to reception and they reactivated them again. Lost 10 minutes in the process."

"Property is older but in the process of being renovated. Staff in all departments are excellent. Could use an actual restaurant for convenience in addition to what exists at the pool bar."
