The staff is always friendly, my friends and I went to Coachella and it was near Palms Spring where we took the shuttle. Besides, we always ended up tired because of the festival and it was quite comfortable to rest

The pools stayed open 24hrs! It's very kid-friendly- the hot tubs are perfect temps. The pool is a little cold, but you get used to it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Pools and pool area are great. The rooms are clean, but the furniture and beds need upgrading. The staff was very personable and nice. We arrived early and enjoyed the pools while they readied the room. It has a gated area to park your vehicle overnight.

Kinda faded rooms and grounds, but the multiple pools (cold and hot) were sparkling clean and the little restaurant did a great job, fresh well-prepared food all day. Views of the mountains. Funky but delightful; we would stay here again.
