"We were greeted by a nice valet named Dorian and then a wonderful front desk receptionist, Alyssa who gave us top notch customer service. Loved our suite and the location. Minor issue-the pool/jacuzzi weren’t heated at the main pool but we enjoyed those amenities at their other pool/spa. Overall, a very nice stay. "

"A charming little hotel that I found to be extremely clean, with convenient private parking, beautiful landscaping, and friendly staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, so I cannot comment on that, but my room was comfortable and I would return! "

"When the man at the desk saw that I'm disabled, he immediately changed my room assignments to an ADA compliant room. I had forgotten to ask so I appreciated his attention to detail."

"Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely property and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Would go back there. Very disappointed that coffee is not available in the rooms nor in reception area until 7:30AM. We had to walk to a coffee shop daily for coffee. We also had inadequate body wash and lotion daily, they need to leave enough for two people!"

"The staff are the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly hello or welcome back when we arrived at the property. Our room was large with all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was with the bathroom. The door would not close without a substantial push. The top portion of the door sticks. The shower head needs to be replaced. Water flow was not up to standard for a hotel of this level. "

"Overall, had a nice stay. Staff was great and property and pool area were clean and well-maintained. Rooms are nice, but bathrooms, especially showers, are small, with showers having low water pressure. Beds were a bit soft for our tastes. We stayed on first floor and found the noise/footsteps coming from guests on second floor very loud. Would recommend staying on 2nd floor or in row of units that don't have a second floor. "
