It's the only place in the world where there is a natural hot and cold spring. Soaking in the spa is relaxing. A great place to relax.

5 stars for the hot water pools but the hotel really needs some love. Old gross carpet, dated furniture from the 1980’s, a terrible old mattress that was so uncomfortable to sleep on I slept on the sofa, broken light in the bathroom, outside my room there was a broken water drain that was filled with water, walking tiles broken around pools, the cement around the pools are cracked and in need of repair, scratched graffiti in the sauna etc. on top of being in need of repair- the hotel needs to work on service. The front desk insisted we use our room towels for the pools and was incredible rude about giving us towels for the pools. It is weird they we had to turn in our towels at the front desk to get new towels- it’s a spa- just have towels outside by the pool! There is also no service outdoors for drinks and I do wish they had rules prohibiting music in the pools. Several groups had music playing loudly in the spas. Overall great place to chill out and enjoy the hot water but crappy hotel otherwise.

The New Year’s Eve party was not that good the Buffett was served late and there was a free for all when the food came out no service and not an orderly line there was lot of yelling so it made the experience not pleasant

The maintenance crew that takes care of the Miracle Springs resort are phenomenal individuals. Everything they are tasked to do to keep the springs miraculous for us folks is amazing. However, desk staff could use a little extra help in customer service. Acknowledging someone’s presence goes along way, even if you’re very busy. A quick, “I’ll be right with you”. Lets me know I’ve been seen.

I paid $200 for a mini suite. What two small queen beds that belong in the junkyard. it didn't matter what side of the bed you got in on he just rolled to the center horrible. Then there was no phone in the room so I couldn't call and ask for a fan I had to walk all the way to the front dskdesk. Then, when I checked out, no one even asked me how my stay was, it probably already knew. I used to come here a lot years ago, but it's run down. I would be embarrassed to have people come over to my house and have them sleep in a bed like that. What an embarrassment. Mini sweet room 141. Take those beds to the dump!!!!!!

The person that checked us in was very brass. The man with the mustache and gray hair was good at explaining where to go and what to do and he did it very quickly and didn't care whether we understood the directions. I came to the resort with low expectations. I had read the reviews and knew there were thin walls and the property was dated. Pros- clean rooms and clean pools. We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Cons, hearing kids running around the hall of the second floor above me, people playing loud music by the pool till 1 am, hearing the conversations of our neighbors clearly through the walls till 3 am. Security approached the pool party but just was friendly and did not ask them to turn down the volume. I stayed on a Friday night during winter break in a poolside room. I might try again during the week. If you book I recommend a second floor room facing away from the pools. Make sure it is not a connecting room

We loved our stay. Relaxed and comfy. Not luxurious but great food, beautiful grounds, and dedicated staff. Massage by Nick was amazing.

We booked a King Bed Suite Room with sofa bed. We requested more beddings in the first night, but it only arrived in the second night after two more times of reminders. The shower water was hot water only. We had to take a shower quickly. Also, the shower room the mosaic were cracked and the ceiling was getting moldy. The internet service was on and off. Signal was weak. The hot mineral water pools were easily accessible and joyful. But lack of covering it was cold when getting out of hot pools. The restaurant Capri is worth to visit again. The price was fair and the food was good.
