"Affordable yet kinda small but for 1 person no complaints however the screen mirroring feature on the tv didn’t work and heads up Netflix,PrimeVideo,Hulu,and Disney Plus was all that worked in Japan get a VPN to watch other streaming services "

"Very convenient location for central Tokyo. Rooms are standard for Japan, but small by US standard. Hotel provides kids amenity kits if you’re traveling with little ones. Breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced as an add-on. No frills in terms of facilities (there are onsen in the area), but self-service laundry was great for those traveling with family. Would definitely stay here again next time in Tokyo."

"Everything about the property was perfect. My only con is that it is far from everything and outside is not walkable. It is an airport property. Transportation though is amazing. If you're out late, you'll just need to catch a taxi to come back. I think on a long trip, I'll always stay the first two nights here and the last two nights here. But on my recent 5 night trip, I just stayed all the way through. Its just hard where if you wanted to rest during the day, you'd have to come all the way back and leave again. You'll need about an hour of commute time on the KK line to a JR line."

"This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "

"This hotel was very clean and close to the train station which was very convenient. The staff are friendly as well. It is in a safe walkable area with many shopping and food options. Thank you Lyf Ginza staff for the mini birthday gift as well. It made this birthday trip so amazing. :) "
