"There are a couple reasons why I want to give this a 5-star rating but most of all, it was the excellent staff service that really put it at the top. My mom came down with UTI when she arrived late night and having to find an urgent care nearby with language barrier was definitely a challenge. The super nice staff at the counter called around, found us the place, and even had a taxi waiting outside for us. It made this eventful night much smoother than expected. I am now recommending this hotel to everyone I know. The only down side is that there's not enough outlets for charging your phones and all the devices in the room. So you might want to bring/buy an adapter with you to charge multiple devices. "

"This area is not as congested with lots of people even though it is Sakura season. Easy to just walk into restaurants to eat vs waiting in line to eat. "

"The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day"
