"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"The House looks like a small witch‘s cottage and is amazing for a short stay in London. You have everything you need: two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room adjacent to a small garden. The beds are comfy, but very soft. The only thing we would criticize is the water pressure in the shower as it took forever to get all clean and sparkling. "

"The house is delightful. Entirely suitable for 4 people, Good bathrooms, Quiet. The area is very interesting and attractive. It helps to be a walker. Kensington Garden is about 20 mins walk away. And there are several tube (underground) train stations 15 or 20 mins walk away. We are old - so others would get there faster. Good bus connections. Good restaurants around. "

"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."

Beds are very comfortable and kitchen has a lot of kitchenware, pans, plates, etc. You will need to purchase toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap and any groceries, paper coffee cups, etc needed. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, so be prepared for lots of stairs. If you are from the US, bring converters and be prepared to use YouTube to work the appliances. "Very smart property. My bed was super comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Bathroom needed more of a deeper clean like there was a huge dusty cobweb above the blind. We noticed lots of little flies in th kitchen area, but maybe they came in when the patio door was open… overall it was very nice. Communication with the management was excellent"
