"Everything about this hotel was amazing!!! The friendly, attentive and responsive staff the high-quality finish of the beautiful room it’s convenience forgetting to Piccadilly Circus ( 35 minutes). It was like home from home. I stayed for 10 days. The only slight downside is that there’s a very noisy café next door. Come nightclub it was exceptionally loud on Saturday night."

"The location of this hotel is hard to beat for easy access to Terminal 3. Rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time but have had a decent meal there in the past. Disappointed with the range of light snacks available in the lobby for those who don’t want a full meal. There were a few sandwiches there when we checked in but all had disappeared when I went back down after depositing cases, and repeated promises that they would be refreshed never resulted in anything arriving. We made do with a bag of peanuts. "
