I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this property. The room was small, but very clean. The double bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows provided. The bathroom was equally small and clean, and both the hot water and shower pressure were excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful.
