The girl behind the counter originally asked us to wait 30 minutes but when I said we were dying to get in and get washed up and have a nap after a red eye flight she got us in immediately and no extra charge. These little acts of kindness are what separates the good from the great places to stay. "

"The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel. "

The hotel was excellent and, for London, reasonably priced and a delicious, substantial breakfast in addition. I would recommend staying there to anyone seeking a quiet hotel in an area with its own beauty ( try Little Venice within strolling distance) and good transport links to the West End and further afield. A real find! "
