"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...

"I enjoyed my stay here. Service was good and is located near the Bayswater and Queensway station. Hyde Park is less than a block away. I would just make sure to get a room in the lower floors.
