"The location of this hotel is hard to beat for easy access to Terminal 3. Rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time but have had a decent meal there in the past. Disappointed with the range of light snacks available in the lobby for those who don’t want a full meal. There were a few sandwiches there when we checked in but all had disappeared when I went back down after depositing cases, and repeated promises that they would be refreshed never resulted in anything arriving. We made do with a bag of peanuts. "

"We booked this hotel for a layover flight. It was convenient to stay right in the terminal for a morning flight. Direct trains to the center of London can be accessed from near the hotel in the terminal which made it easy to visit the city and return. To connect from hotel to other terminals takes maximum 15 minutes."

"This is the place to stay for Heathrow terminal 5. Nice restaurant and bar. Great breakfast and a patio overlooking outbound flights which was fun to watch. Room was nice and quiet, great bath and shower and tea making facilities and an easy trip on pod to terminal 8 pounds. No elevators so if you struggle with steps to restaurant it wouldn’t be for you. But I was impressed. Staff were great!"

"Formerly distribution function area where the town not intended to attract people. Thus, limited choice for dining and having fun hanging around. Good location for one night stay who needs early and no-traffic-worry access to LHR."
