Our room was freezing. On arrival room thermostat was showing 15°. Three hours later, after blowing out more cold air, it was 17°. At 12.15 a.m there was a loud clanking noise then the fire alarm went off. This led to banging from the maintenance team all through the night. Such a shame as the hotel looked really good on arrival.

Overall good value for money. Wasn't happy though with items served & quality of hot breakfasts. Kitchen & reception staff very friendly - but had to multi-task.

The hotel is clean but the beds are rock hard and only 1 pillow which is very flat.

Great location for an overnight before flying out of T5. Currently under renovation. Some plumbing work done until 8 pm. Disappointed with desk staff when I asked if the work would continue thru the nite. I was told “no one is working now.” Shortly after the work noise stopped and all was quiet.

This was a great hotel close to Heathrow. 703 bus went from airport and stopped across the street. P/U was right in front of hotel. Great for commuting to London via tube. Hotel was renovating and our room was superb. Great value!

Conveniently located if you are just spending the night because of an overnight flight connection. The staff was super friendly. Recently remodeled so the room and lobby all looked like new.

The Colnbrook B&B appears to be a new hotel and the room was quite big and comfortable. However, I skipped the breakfast as the only hot food available were sausages and baked beans - no eggs, bacon, tomatoes, hash browns etc. just sausages! When I asked the staff, including at the front desk, they just shrugged and gave no explanation!
