"Check-In staff were all excellent; very friendly and personable. Lobby area was clean and presentable. My room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly. My only negative was the condition of the elevator. It functions, but could use a refresh. I was somewhat disappointed that the continental breakfast was moved to the neighboring hotel. The other time I stayed here the breakfast was in this hotel and it was much nicer than next door. Not a big deal. I really like the location as I can walk to restaurants downtown. I would recommend this hotel to friends (but I would warn them about the elevator lol). "
