"The staff were all friendly and pleasant. However, during the online pre-check-in process I was asked for a credit card for "incidentals". Then a $170 charge was put on the card. That's a a lot for incidentals then an additional $50 hold was put on that card as well."

"Nice hotel but needs update. We had a few issues. The hot water was gray and our lock didn’t work when we came back from breakfast. we had to go to front desk several times each time they reprogrammed it it still did not work. Maintenance had to come and Jimmy the lock. This delayed our departure by at least a half hour. They did give me some extra Hilton bonus points for the water issue. It did clear up the by the next day. "

"This property is clean and well appointed. The staff is outstanding. Their unadvertised "evening social" (Monday through Thursday), which provided a delicious soup, popcorn, and chocolate chip cookies was a pleasant surprise. Also not advertised, their pool is saltwater rather than irritating chlorine. If the ratings allowed, I would give it 10 stars."

"Its near the highway but the sound of it isnt to loud, staff is excellent and responsive to any needs you have, the rooms where very clean on arrival and pool area was clean. Overall was a great stay."
