Apparently there were issues with computer availability and actual availability but they did find us a room. (Maybe one they don’t use unless they have too). Room was suppose to have a sofa sleeper in living room area and only had 2 chairs. Room was clean but definitely in need of updates/repairs. Bathroom door didn’t close tight, cracked tile and chipped...

"Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows)."
