The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond during every part of our stay. They help us arrange a private taxi to Sa Pa and thoughtfully packed us to-go bags with waters and snacks for our travels from Ha Noi and even remembered that I was a vegetarian.
