"Good overall. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful and friendly. 2 minor issues -- the floors are creaky. So when people above us walked around, it made loud creaking noises. This did wake us up one morning. Also, the free breakfast didn't get restocked regularly, so when we showed up at 8 AM, a lot of the options were totally out and there weren't many choices in terms of what to eat. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."
