Place looks very unassuming and actually a little sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised. The price is why I choose this location. But the truth is the room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and linens spotless

Very quiet and as a single female traveling, I felt safe. The bed was extremely comfortable, and overall very clean room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. It took me a few minutes to figure out the virtual check-in. But once I did with the help of an employee who happened to be on-site, everything else was a breeze.

My only complaint: the parking lot is not very well-maintained as far as snow removal. Otherwise, we love it! And they upgraded us for free so we could be on the ground floor--health issues means we cannot do stairs. We have already booked future stays!

Just what I needed for my stay. Quiet and clean. Across the street from a grocery store, gas station and other good store options. 4 minutes away from the downtown area. Room was big and comfortable.

We have stayed here before, & will do so again. We are already booked for a stay in April. It clean, the beds are comfy, the furniture & appliances are in good repair, there is plenty of hot water, and they are very helpful in making sure our needs are met--we need ground floor, short path of travel to our room due to health issues, & they make sure that happens. It is wonderfully quiet at night, & it almost feels like you have the whole place to yourself. HUGE BONUS: This property does NOT reek of weed like more & more hotels & motels do in NYS these days. We love that no smoking means no smoking of anything.

We didn’t stay, we went next door to the comfort inn. The sheets were clean, but nothing else was. The damp mildew smell was a little overwhelming. The heating unit seemed to work well.

Our only complaint is the fact that the parking lot was covered in ice & snow. It was dangerous to walk on. Maybe some sand or grit for traction? Other than that, we LOVED this property. They even put us in a room right by the entrance as were are mobility-impaired. It was quiet. Really comfortable room & bed. Lots of hot water. Appliances (fridge & microwave) were clean & worked beautifully. We will stay again in the future! Minimalist is the way to go!
