"Our check-in was very much appreciated on how well we were treated after a questionable taxi ride. Do not trust the taxis at the airport. We had trouble reserving the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only because we did not have a contact telephone number to provide them.The desk clerk went out of her way to welcome and accommodate us. "Good value for money for this category of hotel. Traditional, fairly formal style and a little dark. We were upgraded to superior room and it was large and comfortable as was bathroom although shower was over the bath. We arrived at 10am from an overnight flight and for 50 USD they allowed us to check in straightaway and have breakfast. Decent gym and an indoor pool. Roof top bar which we didn't go to. "This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! "Amazing hotel! The pool is gorgeous. The food is great and the service is excellent. Beautiful view of the pool from my room. This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall. "We spent 4 nights here for New Years before we flew to Argentina for our Antarctica expedition. It was a good choice as it was convenient to our walking tours and restaurants.
