"Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. "In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch."
