"The only hotel directly at Santiago airport. Clean. Less than 5 mins walk to airport. Signage to hotel from airport could be better- but this is normal for chile. Expedia states check in is 3pm the venue insisted it’s 4pm. "

"This hotel is pretty close to the airport and we had a day before our early morning flight to Punta Arenas so decided to stay at this hotel as they have a shuttle service. The hotel is excellent if you need to stay near the airport. It is quite far from the city. We were also told that the area around the hotel is not very safe to walk around at night. They have a restaurant that is quite decent. Uber is available to get to the city. Overall a pretty good hotel. They also allowed us early checkin as our flight reached very early in the morning. We did not get to try their breakfast as we only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. They did offer us packed breakfast though."

Area is fantastic aswell on the door step to some of the best parts of Santiago, we walked everywhere and felt incredibly safe. "

"The best Ritz Carlton I’ve ever stayed in. Service and attitude of staff was exceptional. Great restaurant on first floor. The Club Level had great food and beverage selections and an awesome breakfast in the morning. Recommend this hotel highly as it exceeded all expectations "
