"We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. The added perk of being able to leave our extra bags at the hotel while we went to and from Rapa Nui, was very beneficial and much appreciated. The hotel common areas, the restaurant,...

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

"Amazing tourist and relaxation destination in Maipo Valley. On-site activities and restaurant. We got massages and did the Zipline. Wish we had more days here for horse rides and swimming in the pool! Staff was super helpful. WiFi only in common areas."
